Today we got up at 7:30 to eat breakfast by 8:00. At 8:30 we
were all mimed up and ready to leave for our longest day of
performances on this trip. Over the course of the next few
hours, we performed at 3 different schools in a row, then ate
lunch around 1:30, and then performed in the city center (the
place where we got robbed last year). Nothing was stolen from us
this time, but the interesting thing was that a woman was crying
because her child went missing, but we made an announcement in
the mics and the kid was found. After the center, we loaded back
into the bus and went to CEID where we spoke English after
de-miming in the bus and the rest in the bathroom. There were
few people to talk to this time, but we did our best and a small
group broke off to go to a classroom and speak. After we were
all done, at around 7:00 we loaded back into the bus and left to
come back to the church. At the church, we all had some down
time until we ate dinner late and then met at the table to
discuss some of the events that have been going on and a general
overview of the trip and what is yet to come. Then, we all broke
up and went to bed to end the long day.
